Fred is a 6 year old male (DOB 10/6/2010). He is a gorgeous boy with sparkling eyes. Fred is in need of a home. He came to GAS three years ago from Becker College. Sadly, his adopted mom had to relocate because of a new job that requires her to travel. Her son is now in the military serving overseas and will not be home again for 2 years. So it is with a heavy heart that she surrendered Fred. She writes: "Fred turned 6 years old a few months ago. He loves people! He is a playful and active boy who loves daily walks in the woods and lying outside on the deck in the fresh air. He has overcome his initial shyness toward strangers, and now comes up to strangers when they come to the house or when we go for walks. Fred will thrive in an environment where his person can spend a lot of time at home. He does best with older children and will hang out quietly on a pillow most of the day until it's time to go out. All Fred needs is love and patience from whoever opens their home to him." Fred gets along with other dogs outside the house. But he wants to be the only dog in his home with his family. Please consider opening your heart and home to Fred.
